Oakwood Manor is Pleased to Announce Melissa Reed, OT

Mid South Rehab Services Inc. is glad to announce a new, full-time rehab occupational therapist, Melissa Reed, OT at our strategic partner facility, Oakwood Manor in Brooksville, MS.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. In addition, she has a special interest in geriatrics. When Melissa is not treating patients she enjoys reading, crafting, and traveling.

Oakwood Manor and Mid South value continuing education and promoting exceptional leaders. We are excited to have Melissa as a partner. We look forward to her progress and know she will continue to have opportunities to improve our patients' lives in her new full-time role. Congrats Melissa!

360 Total Rehab Erin, TN is Pleased to Announce Laken Largent

Mid South Rehab Services Inc. would like to announce our new, full-time Rehab Office Manager, Laken Largent at one of our strategic partner facilities, 360 Total Rehab in Erin, TN.

Laken obtained her Healthcare Assitant diploma from Miller-Motte Technical College in Clarksville, Tennessee. She has been married for 10 years and has two beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she and her family love trips to the beach or mountains and spending time at her in-law’s lake house. Valuing family time, they enjoy just about anything outdoors.

2023 Farmer Jim Neal Golf Classic

Mid South participated in the Friends of Mississippi State Hospital (MSH) 2023 Farmer Jim Neal Golf Classic. The event took place on Friday, April 24, at Whisper Lake Country Club in Madison. This event is the largest annual fundraiser for Friends of MSH, whose primary function is to promote awareness of mental health issues and raise funds for projects that enhance the quality of life for individuals served at the hospital throughout the year. Thank you Friends of MSH! It was a beautiful day with great food and golf and for a wonderful cause.
