A big THANK YOU to all of our incredible Directors of Rehab! Yesterday, August 15, we were thrilled to host our training event at Jackson County Club. This year's theme was Facing Challenges since we continue to navigate the changes we face in our industry.

Participants enjoyed breakfast, a delicious lunch, and snacks throughout the day as we heard from leadership from each department at Mid South.

Mr. Cole reminded us our focus is serving others and shared his challenges and decisions as he leads our company while keeping Christ in the forefront. Dan Ridley, our Culture Counselor, shared the Bible verse Isaiah 43:18-19

18 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

We often fail to perceive the good in the change and that God is the One orchestrating, and all we need to do is put our hope and trust in Him - the "I" (God) within the verse.

In closing, we were grateful to be able to award our Facility of Excellence Award winners at the event.

We are happy to share that Aubree Jordan has joined our Mid South Human Resources team as our new HR Generalist. Aubree lives in Madison, MS, and is a graduate of Madison Central High School. She has her Bachelor

of Science degree in Education from Mississippi College; however, during her last semester at MC, Aubree discovered she no longer wanted to teach but had found her calling in Human Resources by the grace of God. She worked in HR at her previous job which is where she got her first experience in this field.

Her family means everything to her, and she is the proud auntie of two beautiful nieces. They are her

world! During her free time, Aubree loves spending time with family and friends, buying unnecessary

things on Amazon, and crafting. She says she can DIY just about anything she gets her hands on!

Aubree stated “I carry a special appreciation of the small things in life and take no day for granted”.

Mid South Rehab values continuing education and promoting exceptional leaders. We are excited to

have Aubree as a partner and look forward to her progress. We know she will have opportunities to help improve our company in her new role.
