Our Billing Department at ESC Welcomes Lillian Thomas and Latoya Ford

We are pleased to announce the hiring of two outstanding ladies who have recently joined our Billing Revenue Cycle Department at Employee Support Center - Lillian Thomas,  Billing Support Coordinator, and Latoya Ford, Insurance Verification and Collections Representative.

Lillian comes to us with seven years of experience as a certified medical coding specialist and a proven track record in optimizing revenue cycles and ensuring compliance. She received her technical degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Virginia College. She is married, and she and her husband have two boys. A fun fact about Lillian is that she held a 4.7 GPA while in college and was the commencement speaker at her graduation ceremony.

Latoya comes to us with 5 years of experience verifying insurance and managing outstanding collection accounts. She specializes in navigating complex billing systems, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment processing with a focus on customer service and problem resolution. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and watching college football. She is the mother of two boys, 23 and 12.

We are excited to welcome Lillian and Latoya to our support center team. Their diverse skills and experiences will enhance our ability to serve our partners and employees more effectively. They add significant value to Mid South and help us achieve our goals. Welcome aboard, Lillian and Latoya!
