Quincey Swinford
Speech Pathologist at Highlands Medical Center
Quincey Swinford attended Pisgah High School in Pisgah, Alabama, and later went on to receive both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Auburn University. Quincey takes special interest in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease, dysphagia, and dyslexia. She also has experience working with patients who utilize AAC devices. Quincey is a wife and mother to three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She chose a career in speech pathology because she believes everyone deserves a functional way to communicate and interact with others. Â

Jacob Franklin

Jacob Franklin attended Kirk Academy and later attended the University of Mississippi to receive a bachelor’s degree. Later, he achieved his PTA certification from Holmes Community College. Jake did multiple rotations with Mid South during his time at Holmes, and he made an incredible impression on his patients and teammates. Jake combined his love of sports and movement with a desire to help others, which fueled his passion to become a PTA. He makes it his mission to get to know each patient and learn what he can do to change their life for the better. When he isn’t working, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog. Â

Jordan Boyd
Physical Therapist and Director of Rehab at Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center
Jordan Boyd attended DeSoto Central in Southaven, Mississippi, and later received an undergraduate degree from Alcorn State University. He obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University. Jordan is currently pursuing an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification (OCS).  As Director of Rehabilitation, Jordan will oversee both hospital and outpatient therapy services. His focus will be to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care across the continuum of services we offer. Jordan is passionate about building strong clinical teams and ensuring that patients receive consistent, effective rehab care that supports recovery, function, and long-term mobility. With a deep appreciation for music and a love for movement in all forms, Jordan takes a specialized approach to motivate and engage his patients and clinicians. Jordan has a twin brother who also works in healthcare as a physician assistant, and this experience sparked his early interest in medicine and collaborative care. Jordan chose physical therapy as his profession because of the way it blends movement science, problem solving, and human connection. Jordan looks forward to making a meaningful impact at both the patient and system level.Â
