On Tuesday, August 18th, Directors of Rehab traveled from throughout our state and beyond to attend Mid South's annual DOR Conference at the Country Club of Jackson. Company leadership and support staff worked together to put on a fantastic day of events for the incredible professionals who lead each of our therapy teams.

Attendees were welcomed by Dan Ridley and Steven Cole and enjoyed a lovely breakfast of croissant egg sandwiches and yogurt parfaits with fresh fruit. Mr. Cole presented first, sharing his personal testimony and a video highlighting the history of the company, as this year is Mid South's 30th in business.

Speakers included Charlean Williams, Mark Buckley, Karen Leflore, Keith Levine, Tyler Hester, and Dan Ridley. Stephanie Stensland shared examples of servant leadership in action within her region during Dan's segment on the topic. Director of Rehab at Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center, Jordan Boyd, DPT, spoke on the importance of continuing education and Mid South's commitment to learning. Additionally, Mid South's new Vice President of Human Resources, Celine Craig, was introduced and shared about her recent decision to join the Mid South family.

Mid South awarded both their Facilities of Excellence (Overall Best Performers) and Best in Region Awards at the conference. Winners were as follows:
