Domonique Smith

Insurance Verification Specialist at Employee Support Center

Domonique Smith has dedicated her career to the healthcare industry, serving in a variety of roles related to healthcare billing and insurance verification over the last decade. Domonique is a mother to one son, and she loves dancing. Her values and emphasis on serving others and living with integrity make her a wonderful fit for our company.  

Taylor Hawkins

Occupational Therapist and DOR at Pinnacle of Hattiesburg 

Taylor Hawkins attended Albertville High School in Alabama and received his undergraduate degree from Birmingham Southern College. He obtained his master’s degree from Alabama State University. Taylor is a proponent of aging in place, which is the idea that therapy should be utilized to help patients succeed in their space for as long is safely possible. Whether that setting is the patient’s home, an assisted living facility, or a nursing home, Taylor’s approach to therapy equips patients to thrive in their space, taking into account their age and conditions. Taylor and his wife, Jami, have a one-year-old daughter named Sunnie and two dogs, Charlie and Lucy. When he isn’t working, Taylor enjoys cooking, especially on the grill, and spending time with his family. 

Mackenzie Harris

Physical Therapist at Pinnacle of Hattiesburg

Mackenzie Harris attended Florence High School and later obtained her undergraduate degree from Mississippi University for Women. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from William Carey University. Mackenzie has experience and special interest in vestibular rehab, orthopedics, and sports medicine, and she enjoys working with the geriatric population. She chose physical therapy as her career because of a lifelong draw to help others. She enjoys seeing how movement and hands-on care can make a difference in a patient’s recovery and life. When she isn’t working, Mackenzie is involved with her church, spending time with her family, and enjoying a good Netflix series. She also loves the outdoors and relaxes by going fishing or taking a trip to the beach.
