We are happy to share that Alisha Matthews has joined our Mid South Human Resources team as our new HR Generalist.

Alisha grew up in Jackson, MS, and currently resides in Gluckstadt, MS. She is a wife and mother of three and loves to cook, and some baking as well. She loves spending time with family and is very family oriented, which is important to her. In her spare time, Alisha loves to watch shows like Chicago PD, Law and Order SVU, and Lifetime or LMN. Alisha graduated from Belhaven University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, and a Graduate degree in Leadership with HR Concentration. Alisha has a well-rounded background in Human Resources and Recruiting, which she feels is her passion and calling. She has several years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience, including four years spent hiring for Walmart Supercenters.

She is currently enrolled at Capella University where she is working on her doctoral degree in Human

Behavior. Alisha plans to use this degree in her current role as HR Generalist to do what God calls her to do and that is to minister to those she encounters, assisting them personally on their mental and spiritual journeys in their careers. Alisha’s philosophy in life is “Always work on being the better YOU! You are the only competitor you have in life, set those goals and soar!!!!”


Alisha loves volunteer work and is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.


Alisha stated, “I am a team player and take my career very seriously when trying to make the company succeed”.

We are excited to announce the hiring of our new, full-time Speech Language Pathologist, Hailey Williams, SLP. She serves at Greenbriar Nursing Center.

Hailey grew up in Gulfport, MS, and was raised by her parents, Elizabeth and Patrick Williams. She graduated from St. Patrick Catholic High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology from the University of Southern Mississippi and her Master of Science in Speech Pathology from Southeastern Louisiana University. Within her field, she is especially interested in dysphagia and cognition. In addition, Hailey received the highest honors in undergraduate and graduate school. We know Hailey is ready to take on the speech therapy needs of the community, and we look forward to seeing her patients’ recovery journeys.

Hailey chose to pursue a career in speech therapy because of the wide range of settings to pursue and the diverse populations of patients to treat.

Hailey’s hobbies include going on adventures with her Golden Retriever and her boyfriend, traveling the world and around the US, and going to the Mississippi Gulf Coast beaches to watch the sunset.

We are excited to have Hailey join our team at Greenbriar Nursing Center and know she will have opportunities to improve our company and our patients’ lives in her new role.



 
 
 

We are thrilled to announce the hiring of our new, full-time Occupational Therapist, Delaney Wallace, OTR.

Delaney grew up in Jackson and went to Jackson Academy. She has a well-rounded educational background beginning with her Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi and her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In addition, Delaney is CPR Certified and a Community Health advocate. Within her field of study, she is especially interested in Neuro and Geriatrics. We know she is ready to take on the occupational therapy needs of the community, and we look forward to seeing her patients’ recovery journeys.

Delaney chose to pursue a career in occupational therapy after realizing how much she wanted to help others be independent in all aspects of their life and provide them with the necessary tools to reach their goals.

Windsor Place and Mid South Rehab value continuing education and promoting exceptional leaders. We are excited to have Delaney as a partner. We look forward to many opportunities for her to further her education and specialize in certification and training.
