We are excited to announce our new full-time Physical Therapist, Jeffrey Hemphill, PT, who serves at Noxubee General Hospital.

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In addition, he is certified in Dry Needling through AAMT and Comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation. His special interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, and TBI.

Jeffrey has been married to his high school sweetheart for 11 years, and they have two children, Jace, eight years old, and Jules, four years old.

He has wanted to work in the healthcare industry from a young age. Initially, he desired to attend medical school with the aspiration to be an Orthopedic Surgeon. However, after working with the athletic training staff at Mississippi State during undergrad, he fell in love with the rehab process and decided to attend PT school.

Jeffrey’s hobbies include coaching baseball, hunting, fishing, and traveling with his family.

We are thrilled to welcome Jeffrey to our team at Noxubee General Hospital. We are confident that his expertise and dedication to enhancing the quality of our patients’ lives will make a positive impact. We can’t wait to see his patients’ recovery journeys.
